How it works

1. Compose
Add one or more exercises: a text instruction, a chord grid you invent yourself, or a catalog sheet enriched with your own instruction.

2. Share
A link is generated, containing the whole homework content. Send it by SMS, email or messaging — the student opens it without installing anything or creating an account.

3. Follow up
The student can check off finished exercises and send you back a reply link. You can also print the homework or reopen a previous send for the following week.
Three ways to prepare an exercise
Depending on what your student needs:
- A text instruction alone ("play slowly, 10 minutes a day"), with no grid attached.
- A chord grid you freely compose, with a suggested tempo and strumming pattern.
- An existing Guitarshelf catalog sheet, to which you add an extra instruction specific to this student.
No account, nothing stored
As with the rest of Guitarshelf, there's no account and no password. A homework's content lives entirely in the link you share: nothing is saved on our servers, neither the content nor the student's identity.
