Rock in A minor (variant) — syncopated rhythm
Unlike the catalogue's other A minor grid (Am, Dm, G, C, entirely open), this one includes a barre chord: F. The syncopation here therefore adds to a genuine left-hand difficulty, whereas the other A minor grid let you isolate the off-beat without that constraint. If you want to practise the syncopation alone, start with the other grid before coming back here.
Tips
If the F barre isn't reliable yet, work on it alone before adding the off-beat.
Compare with the catalogue's other A minor grid: the off-beat is easier to isolate there since no barre gets added.
Once F is reliable even under rhythmic pressure, this grid asks for nothing more than combining the two building blocks you already know.
