Barre — F to A minor transition
The F-Am alternation is one of the most common transitions involving the F barre chord: the index finger stays engaged on the first fret while the other fingers reorganise.
Tips
Notice that the index finger barely moves between F and Am: focus the work on the other three fingers rather than rethinking the whole hand shape on every change.
