Warm-up — wide-stretch chromatic run New
The same idea as a classic chromatic warm-up, but with one finger per fret spaced two frets apart (1-3-5-7) instead of neighbouring frets: the stretch between fingers becomes the real challenge, not speed.
Tips
If the stretch forces your wrist to bend outward, pull your hand back: the thumb should stay roughly behind the neck, not creep up to compensate for the reach.
