Rock in D minor — syncopated muted strums

Level 4 rock quick change

As already established on this grid's simple muted version, G combines the Dorian colour with the widest palm coverage to mute (6 strings): under the syncopation, that width now has to be managed in rhythm, without the time to prepare for it the way the regular version allows.

Tips

If simple muting on G (the widest of the four) isn't reliable yet, work on it in isolation first.
Break down the muting and syncopation separately first before combining them on the full grid.
Listen for the Dorian colour even under this double constraint: it shouldn't get lost in the technique.
