The E minor pentatonic scale (position 1) works over this entire E blues grid (E7-A7-B7): no need to switch scales on every chord change, everything shares the same E root.
Tips
Start by playing only the root note E in rhythm over the grid, especially right as the chord moves to A7 or B7. Once that anchor feels solid, add one or two neighboring notes, then alternate short phrases with silence (call and response with the grid).
