A mostly downstroke pattern with two upstroke breathers, applied to the Drop D grid D5-G5-E5: the rhythmic style typical of modern riffs in lowered tuning.
Tips
In Drop D, the one-finger barre makes repeated downstrokes easier: use that to build wrist endurance rather than fretting-hand accuracy, already simplified by the tuning.
