As with the catalogue's barre chord in the C progression (which also has F), this grid's F engages all four left-hand fingers, with no margin at all, unlike Am, C and G, each of which leaves one finger free. In fingerstyle, the right hand keeps the same pattern across all four chords though: thumb on the bass, index/middle/ring on the treble strings.
Tips
Isolate F on its own in fingerstyle before folding it into the grid: check that all four fingers hold without tension.
Spot the free finger on Am, C and G: it differs depending on the chord, unlike F where none is free.
