The A minor pentatonic scale (position 1) covers the whole Am-Dm-G-C progression: the A minor tonality stays the same throughout, even as the chords change underneath.
Tips
Aim for a note of the current chord (its root or fifth) on the first beat of each bar, then fill in with the rest of the scale. Try a string bend on the second string for extra expression once the notes feel comfortable.
