First steps riff — A minor New
A very simple riff centred almost entirely on the root note (fret 5, A string), with just one neighbouring note: the very first riff to play before moving on to more mobile patterns. Also works as an improvised accompaniment over the C pop progression (its relative minor).
Tips
Don't chase speed yet: the only goal is to place each finger with a clean sound, without muting the neighbouring string.
